- Every Curated Moments Co. experience begins with a consultation. This initial conversation allows us to understand your vision, priorities, and overall direction, creating a clear foundation for the experience to be intentionally designed.
- What does the consultation include? +
- The consultation is a private, focused conversation dedicated to understanding your vision, priorities, and the experience you want to create. It's intentional, personalized, and the foundation for everything that follows.
A $50 consultation fee is required to secure your consultation. If you choose to move forward, this fee is applied toward your service fee. - What is the consultation fee? +
- The consultation fee is $50 and reserves your private consultation time. This initial step initiates the curation process and allows for thoughtful alignment. If you choose to move forward, the consultation fee is applied as a credit toward your curated experience.
- How far in advance should I inquire? +
- Timing varies depending on the scope, season, and complexity of the experience. Earlier inquiries allow for greater flexibility, access, and depth of planning. Availability is intentionally limited to ensure each experience receives dedicated attention.
- Do you curate both single-day and multi-day experiences? +
- Yes. Experiences may center around a single defining moment, such as a memorable event, or unfold across multiple days. Each is designed with intention, continuity, and a cohesive flow, regardless of duration.
- Are destinations limited to specific locations? +
- Curated Moments Co. designs experiences across both domestic and international destinations. Locations are selected based on the vision, preferences, and overall experience desired, and are thoughtfully explored during the consultation.
- Is there a minimum or maximum group size? +
- No. Each experience is designed around the overall vision and desired dynamic. Group size is considered to ensure comfort, flow, and a refined experience for all involved.
- How are venues, vendors, and experiences selected? +
- All elements are deliberately curated based on the overall experience flow and intended atmosphere. Selections are presented after the direction, scope, and vision have been clearly defined.
- How involved will I be in the process? +
- Your level of involvement is entirely guided by your preference. Some clients enjoy being engaged in key decisions, while others prefer a more hands-off experience. Curated Moments Co. ensures the process remains refined and aligned throughout.
- Can you work with experiences or plans I have already started? +
- Yes. Existing plans can be refined and integrated into a cohesive experience, with additional elements incorporated as needed to ensure alignment and flow.
- Is there a minimum investment to work with Curated Moments Co.? +
- Each Curated Moments Co. experience is fully customized and thoughtfully designed. Curation investment varies based on the scope, complexity, and overall experience design, and is discussed following the consultation once the vision and direction are clearly defined. A curation fee is applied to all custom-designed experiences.
- Is in-person or on-site support available? +
- In-person support and on-site presence may be incorporated when aligned with the plans. This level of support is thoughtfully considered and discussed as part of the curation process.
- What happens after the consultation? +
- Following the consultation, clients may be invited to move forward into experience curation. From there, a personalized experience flow is designed and presented, allowing you to review and align on the full vision before any coordination or execution begins.
